Simplify daily log notes and prevent staff logging on incorrect goals

Service authorizations tie everything together: When staff complete documentation, those notes are tied directly to authorizations in the system. In the individual’s profile, authorizations are linked to contracts and funding sources. This makes reporting and billing connected and easy.
