To empower every person at every IDD agency to better serve.
SETWorks began in the early 2000s with a partnership with an Easter Seals Supported Employment program in North Carolina, to explore the use of technology in raising the bar with how supported employment services are provided. The effort was a huge success.
Prior to this partnership, our founders had extensive experience working in global healthcare IT and enterprise software architecture, which provided the background and expertise to move on to a greater vision: Raising the bar in using software to manage entire IDD organizations and all services they provide.
Our client relationships were instrumental in our success back then and still are today. Our strong partnerships with our clients and industry leaders helped shape the SETWorks product from the ground up to solve the challenges of this ever-changing industry, and we’re more motivated today than ever.
Our client relationships have been key to our success and have led us to adopt a person-centered approach for our product and our experience.
We’re passionate about the IDD industry and what it stands for. We strive to create software that is effective and IDD-focused so that our clients can spend more time on what they do best – impacting the lives of those they serve.
SETWorks now serves a wide range of areas in the IDD space and is used in over 25 states across the U.S. We are value-focused, comprised of developers and IDD experts, and our approach is very personalized and consultative to understand the needs of the industry.
Our passionate and well-rounded team is united by our mission to empower those who serve.
Our mission and purpose is to empower people who serve. We are empowered to provide tailored software and services to the disability service industry because of our team’s alignment on our values which drive everything we do.
We go above and beyond to satisfy our clients.
We are relentless in working towards having the best product, best services, and best selves.
We recognize to do great work we have to enjoy our work, feel fulfilled when our clients succeed, and share in the celebration.
We take our work seriously, recognize the responsibility on each of us, and work hard to do our best.
We all work together to do what’s needed.
We take our work seriously, recognize the responsibility on each of us, and work hard to do our best.
