Billing made easy
SET-Works provides electronic invoicing services for funding agencies that utilize the HIPAA EDI 837 Health Care Claim Transaction Set and the HIPAA EDI 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advise Transaction Set. SET-Works will also generate data files compatible with most financial systems in addition to paper-based invoices for traditional billing purposes.

SET-Works reports are dynamically generated for immediate viewing of real-time data in printer-friendly formats. Data from the reports are also exportable in standard spreadsheet formats. SET-Works reports include individual consumer and organizational summary reports for: authorizations, activity records and case notes, consumer demographics, consumer disabilities, job placement histories, consumer goals, and job contacts, and staff time sheets. Custom reports are also available.

Security
The use of SET-Works services requires secure (HIPAA compliant), client-controlled user logins. All users are assigned different privilege levels that control the application functionality and organizational information available to them while accessing SET-Works. Privileges are assigned and maintained by the client. SET-Works also maintains persistent transaction logs - a history of all changes to all entries in the data base - providing additional support for risk management and audit purposes.
